Good
It was an ok location, and nice valley in which it is located.
The hotel was ok, but definitely not one to visit again. Also not really value for money. No restaurant, no bar, no parking, beds not comfortable, spa against quite some additional costs, so really nothing making the value worthwhile.

Comfortable and friendly and quiet atmosphere
Good beds, good breakfast, big suite
Noise from dogs outside, late at night and early in the morning. Probably nothing the hotel can do about that. Hotel staff speaks little english, but that is understandable as the area probably does not have a lot of visitors from northern Europe.

Don’t be fooled by the hotel name, it is not really a spa!
Fairly convenient for center of Vielha
Only breakfast available at the property, no other meals. No dedicated parking. Spa requires extra payment and is very limited time period.
